Many authentic Japanese dishes can be found on their menu. I
have yet to discover a place that prepares smoother and creamier
homemade Tofu than theirs! They serve various types of Tofu, as
this is one of Japan's healthiest dishes. You can enjoy the
tastes of both the cold and hot dishes. I recommend you try the
Kaisendon, it consists of cuttlefish, salmon roe, sea urchin and
tuna on ride. For dessert, do not miss out on the smooth and
creamy maccha (green tea) ice cream topped with red beans.
Kurama offers the customer the most extensive sake menu with
over 120 varieties available for you to choose from - giving the
customer a great opportunity to try something new each time. |

They have their own specialised and unique menu using Ginseng as
their main ingredient. Ginseng is a famous natural ingredient
that helps improve circulation of the blood and gives you a
speedy recovery when you are fatigued! The barbequed dishes are
the most popular on the menu. They put Ginseng Powder on Kalbi
and Bulgogi. Another famous and delicious dish to look out for
is the Ginseng Chicken Soup (Samgyetang). Its main ingredients
consist of a whole spring chicken stuffed with glutinous rice,
chestnuts, Chinese dates, as well as a generous piece of
Ginseng. The combination is absolutely delicious and of course
excellent for your health. Dishes offered on the menu are
considered to be Korean cuisine as they use a lot of vegetables
in their cooking. |

This is an exciting pub and restaurant where you can enjoy the
taste of several kinds of beer and ale that is brewed
exclusively by Brewerkz. They can satisfy many tastes ranging
from the strong beer drinkers to the light beer drinkers. They
offer something for everyone. My favourite beer is the Golden
Ale as it has a light fruity flavour. If you want something
stronger, I recommend the Pilsner Lager. This restaurant and pub
boasts seating for up to 400 people. They have an indoor and
outdoor seating area catering to smokers and non-smokers. The
outdoor seating area is very comfortable as there is usually a
light breeze. You can also enjoy the magnificent views of the
river as you sip your beer or cocktail. Do try the Brewerkz
snack sampler or the Beef Chilli Bowl, all of which is American
cuisine. |

This restaurant is very famous in Japan and recently opened in
October in Singapore. They offer a variety of dishes that range
from the traditional to their own unique style of cuisine. This
type of restaurant is not commonly found in Japan due to its
elaborate creativeness. I recommend you try the Oda-mushi. It is
one of the many delicious dishes offered at this fine
restaurant. In addition to the excellent cuisine, the restaurant
is also tastefully decorated with bamboo, giving the restaurant
a warm ambience. This can definitely be felt in the evenings
when the bamboo is lit up. |
