This
exhibition traces the development of the Teochew community of
Singapore from the 19th century till present day. It
highlights the various aspects of the community such as their
geographical distribution, social organisations, economic
endeavours, and their social and cultural activities, as well
as showcases the achievements and contributions of the Teochew
community to the development of Singapore.
